I am currently only offering telehealth services. Since younger children generally benefit more from art and play therapy versus talk therapy, I'd want to schedule a free 15-minute consult before agreeing to see a child under the age of ten to ensure it would be a good fit.

Fees & Insurance
I am able to accept Regence, Kaiser PPO, First Choice, Providence, Premera, Lifewise, Cigna and Evernorth, and United Healthcare insurances.
I also accept out-of-network/private-pay clients. I am happy to provide you a superbill for reimbursement if your insurance accepts out-of-network providers. I am also happy to provide a good faith estimate of expected charges.
My fee for the initial intake appointment is $180. For subsequent 55-minute counseling sessions, my fee is $160.
